Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Timlassaire, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. Whether you entered an incorrect shipping address, selected the wrong product, ordered the wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we strive to provide assistance whenever possible.

Because our fulfillment process is designed to begin quickly after an order is submitted, the ability to change or cancel an order depends largely on the order's processing status. This policy explains how order modification and cancellation requests are handled and what customers can expect when requesting changes after checkout.

We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing their purchase, including product selections, quantities, sizes, colors, shipping information, billing information, and contact details.

Requesting an Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Timlassaire as soon as possible after placing the order. Our team begins processing orders promptly in order to provide efficient shipping and delivery services, which means cancellation opportunities may be limited.

If a cancellation request is received before order processing has started, we will generally be able to cancel the order and prevent it from entering fulfillment. Once the cancellation is approved, any eligible payment already collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

However, once an order has entered processing, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible. At that stage, the order may already be moving through operational systems designed to prepare products for shipment.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. All requests are reviewed individually based on the order's current fulfillment status.

Important: The sooner you contact us regarding a cancellation request, the greater the likelihood that we may be able to assist before processing begins.

Requesting Order Changes

Customers may occasionally need to make corrections or modifications after placing an order. We understand that mistakes can happen during checkout, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests whenever operationally possible.

Examples of common order changes include:

  • Updating the shipping address.
  • Correcting contact information.
  • Adjusting product quantities.
  • Selecting a different size.
  • Selecting a different color or variation.
  • Removing items from an order.
  • Adding additional items before fulfillment begins.

Modification requests must be submitted promptly after the order is placed. Once processing activities begin, changes may become increasingly difficult or impossible to implement due to fulfillment timelines and inventory allocation procedures.

While we always attempt to assist customers whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that all modification requests can be completed successfully.

Shipping Address Corrections

Providing an accurate shipping address during checkout is the customer's responsibility. Customers should carefully review address information before submitting an order to help avoid delivery delays and shipping complications.

If you discover that the shipping address entered during checkout is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipment processing.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes generally cannot be guaranteed. In some situations, customers may need to work directly with the shipping carrier to explore available delivery management options.

Timlassaire is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer during checkout.

Orders Already in Processing

After an order enters processing, our fulfillment team begins preparing products for shipment. Activities during this stage may include inventory allocation, quality verification, packaging preparation, shipping label generation, and carrier scheduling.

Because multiple operational steps occur quickly, modification and cancellation opportunities become more limited once processing has begun. Requests submitted during this stage will be reviewed individually; however, approval cannot be guaranteed.

Customers should understand that fulfillment efficiency helps us maintain reliable shipping timelines. As a result, some requests may arrive after the order has progressed beyond the point where modifications can reasonably be implemented.

Orders Already Shipped

Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been generated, the order is considered shipped. At this stage, cancellations are generally no longer available.

Because the package is already in transit, our ability to make changes becomes extremely limited. Customers who no longer wish to keep an item may be eligible to pursue a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Any return eligibility, refund processing, and related requirements will be governed by the applicable return policy in effect at the time of the purchase.

Note: Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be canceled.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution, card issuer, payment provider, or banking system. While refunds are initiated promptly after approval, final posting times are controlled by the payment provider.

Customers who do not see their refund immediately after approval should allow additional processing time before contacting support.

For orders canceled successfully before fulfillment, no cancellation fees or restocking fees will be charged.

Situations Where Changes May Not Be Possible

Certain circumstances may prevent us from accommodating modification requests, including:

  • The order has already entered fulfillment.
  • The order has already been packaged.
  • The shipment has been scheduled with the carrier.
  • Tracking information has already been generated.
  • The requested replacement item is unavailable.
  • The requested product variation is out of stock.
  • The order has already been delivered.

In these situations, customers may need to wait until delivery is completed and then explore available return options if eligible.
